Niki Christoforidou is an actress and performance maker from Greece whose artistic work lies at the intersection of theatre, instant composition and devised theatre. She began her training in acting in Greece and later completed her Master's degree in Home of Performance Practices with a specialisation in Expanded Choreography at ArtEZ University of the Arts in the Netherlands.
Her current artistic research explores how performance can emerge from non-hierarchical processes of creation. Instead of centering fixed authorship or singular direction, Niki works with methods that emphasize collective presence, relational listening, and shared authorship. She draws on practices such as the Viewpoints method, improvisation, and theatre exercises.
